MORTERPLAS SBS FPV-S MIN is a self-protected, elastomeric SBS bitumen-based waterproofing membrane reinforced with high grammage polyester felt (FP), mineral finish on the upper side and thermofusible film on the underside.

• MORTERPLAS SBS FPV-S MIN is manufactured with an SBS elastomeric compound, which confers excellent low temperature pliability to the membrane.
• The high weight punched and stable, non-woven polyester felt (FP) reinforcement confers the best mechanical properties to the membrane:
• High tensile strength.
• Maximum puncturing strength (static and dynamic).
• Great tear strength.
• Good dimensional stability.
• MORTERPLAS SBS FPV-S 5 kg MIN is mainly applied in a single-ply system, on roofs with a pitch exceeding 1%.
• SUBSTRATE: The surface receiving the membrane must be dry, firm, even, clean and free from loose materials.
• The membrane can be applied either fully bonded or loose-laid.
• Prior to adhering the membrane to the substrate, the latter must be primed with either EMUFAL I, EMUFAL L or PIBIAL.
• Once dry, the membrane is torched on.
• Overlaps are flame-bonded, with minimum 8-cm width.
• Installation method and details must follow the recomendations of the UNE 104401 standard.
• The product is CE marked according EN 13707. Holds the certificate Nº 0099/CPD/A85/0087
• Quality Management System according to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 standard

In cases where the user must provide data of a personal nature to TEXSA SYSTEMS SLU to use any of the Web services, the former will be expressly informed each time of the existence of an automated data base, the aim of same, those receiving the information and identity and address of the person responsible for data treatment, all with the aim of complying with that stipulated in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December, for the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature. TEXSA SYSTEMS SLU has adopted all the necessary measures of a technical and organisational nature, to guarantee the security of the data of a personal nature, with the aim of preventing their alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorised access, in accordance with the requirements and conditions called for by Royal Decree 994/1999 of 11th June, in which the Regulation of safety measures of automated files containing data of a personal nature, is passed, notwithstanding the user's acceptance and knowledge that to date totally impregnable safety measures do not exist.
